These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using QuietVerse Creations, the official platform for distributing and marketing the works of Introverted, an independent artist. QuietVerse Creations is owned and operated by QuietVerse Digital Design Services. By accessing our website (https://www.quietversecreations.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Digital Products & Services

QuietVerse Creations sells digital products, including but not limited to:

Digital music downloads and streaming access
Lyric art and digital artwork
Bundled digital content

As these are intangible goods, no physical shipping is involved. Once a purchase is completed, you will receive access to your digital product via download or an online link.

1.1. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

In addition to digital products, QuietVerse Creations also offers physical merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other print-on-demand items).

Fulfillment & Shipping: All physical products are produced and shipped by our third-party partner (Printful). Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location.
Delivery Timeframe: Typical delivery may range from 5–20 business days depending on region and courier. Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been fulfilled.
Returns & Replacements: Since products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges. Replacements are only available for defective or misprinted items. Customers must report issues within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at [your email].
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in PHP (Philippine Peso). Payments will be processed in PHP, and PayPal may apply currency conversion rates for other currencies.
We accept payments through PayPal, GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets that support the QR PH standard. Customers may also use credit/debit cards via PayPal’s secure payment gateway.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.

3. No Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept cancellations once an order is processed.
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content.
For physical products, refunds are only granted if the item arrives defective or misprinted. Eligible customers may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery.

4. License & Usage Rights

When purchasing a digital product from QuietVerse Creations, you receive a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the content. You may not:

Resell, distribute, or modify the digital product.
Share, upload, or make the product publicly available.
Claim ownership of any content purchased.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on QuietVerse Creations, including music, artwork, lyrics, and designs, remains the intellectual property of QuietVerse Digital Design Services and/or Introverted. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to engage in the following:

Copying or distributing content without permission.
Using the website for illegal activities.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or modify the website’s functionality.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if any violations occur.

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., Gumroad, Audiomack, YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of external websites. Please review their policies before making purchases or sharing personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and a smooth user experience. However, we do not guarantee that our digital products will meet every user’s expectations.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues caused by using our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased digital product.
