Invoice & Receipt Policy

As required by the BIR, we issue an invoice for every transaction (digital products and print-on-demand merchandise).

Default Receipt: All online purchases automatically include a payment receipt from PayPal at checkout.
Official BIR-Registered Invoice: Available upon request after purchase.

Issuer: Invoices are issued under our registered business name, QuietVerse Digital Design Services (operating as QuietVerse Creations).

How to Request an Official Invoice/Receipt

Email contact@quietversecreations.com with the following:

• Full Name / Business Name

• TIN (if applicable)

• Complete Billing Address & Email

• Order Details (Transaction ID, date of purchase, item/s)

Processing time: 3–5 business days.
Delivery: You will receive a PDF copy via email. (Hard copies are not available for shipping at this time.)

Notes:

• The PayPal receipt serves as your proof of payment; the official BIR-registered invoice is issued separately upon request.
• All sales are VAT-Exempt Sale under QuietVerse Digital Design Services.
• International customers may receive a commercial invoice format as required for shipping/customs.
• We safeguard your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
